"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." --Psalm 40:31.
Prayer: "Strengthen us, O Lord, for our tasks and challenges ahead. We thank you for this word from Your Word which assure us that those who wait upon You in faith will find a renewal of our strength, even to the point of soaring like the mighty eagle, running without weariness, and walking without growing faint. Remind us that with you we can do much more than we ever dreamed, and let us rise from our limitations to do that to which You called us, through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen."
